I downloaded the .docx from Gdocs and open it in Word, and it is mess. How to fix it?

My current office migrates all the document that priorly made, changed, and saved on google platform to Microsoft. But all the document layout became a mess, the image not properly positioned, the spacing is odd, etc. Is there an instant way to fix it instead of doing it manually?
