Kindly need a help. i'm managing my company o365. currently, my colleague need to access the payout and tax tab in the developer setting. unfortunately the developer setting not in my admin page. I have try to join the developer e3 program, but cant add it to my current domain. Also i cant purchase the developer e3 on the purchase tab. what should i do?
