How to Backup MS Lists

We are using MS Lists and we really love it, but we would like to know how to back them up.

I don't think there's an option to "back up" as such. However, you can export a List to Excel so that may work as an option for you. Select the "Export" option in the bar at the top of the list. Save the exported file as your backup. If ever you lose the original List you can recreate the list straight from the Excel copy. If the Lists are regularly updated then suggest using Power Desktop to automate a regular backup file:
