Grouping/Noting/Reserving Individual 365 licenses

Hi,

 

First let me give you the scenario.

A user in a "Role A" leaves the organisation and is going to be replaced at a later date.

What I need to so is either reserve, or place a note on a license to reserve it for Role A.

So the license is not assigned to a user in Role B.

 

Does anyone know a way of doing this?

    You can always place it on a "dummy" account. Keep in mind that you are still paying for the license though, so you might as well utilize it on another user.
