Good afternoon folks. I'm right at the beginning of the testing phase for our email migration, and I've been receiving the same error when I try to migrate the test mailbox.
Current Process using EAC Migration Wizard:
After about 15 minutes, we receive a failure notification:
Error: MigrationProvisioningPermanentException: The operation couldn't be performed because object 'migrationtest@********.***' couldn't be found on '*****************************.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM'. --> The operation couldn't be performed because object 'email address removed for privacy reasons' couldn't be found on '*****************************.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM'.
Now correct me if I'm wrong but part of the provisioning process for the automated migration should be creating of the user accounts in 365 right? What am I missing here?
