EXCEL - Help Setting Up Function to Determine Risk status based cell colour in a list

Hello,

I would like to set up a function in a cell to automatically determine a risk status based on colours stated in a list of cells.

Colours would be Red, YellowRed, Yellow and Green in that order of severity.

Example -

If in the list there are all green items the risk cell with the function should show green.

If there are some green and some yellow items then the risk cell would show yellow.

If there are some green, yellow and yellowred items then the risk cell would show yellowred.

If there are some green, yellow, yellowred and red items then the risk cell would show red.

It would always only determine the worst case risk severity from the list selected.

Would appreciate if someone could guide me as to how to do this if it is possible.

Can it be done with a simple formula or with VBA code?
