Encryption when pdf is attached to Outlook Mail

I want to encrypt whenever an attachment with PDF extension is added to mail with Outlook vba. Is there a way to write such a macro? Thanky you?

Should be if using mail flow rules https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/define-mail-flow-rules-to-encrypt-email?view=o365-worldwide
