Employees added in microsoft 365 admin center not appearing in outlook address book

I have created new employees and their email address using Microsoft 365 admin center; I have provided the users with licenses, but I'm unable to get their email addresses in outlook address book. Upon checking intune users; those users exist.

It need take time to update to global address list, how about to search the user Email address by onmicrosoft.com?

It got updated after a few hours. So it was indeed a sync issue.
