Emails stuck in outbox
Hello, We have a user that frequently sends email from a shared mailbox. Some of these emails never leave the outbox, some are actually being sent, and some are not. This happens on a daily basis...
Hi EricTViking, I know it's late, but have you encountered issues again after converting the regular mailbox to Shared mailbox?
ivannnnn no, after converting the regular mailbox to a shared mailbox I haven't had any issues.
The downside is that in O365 a regular mailbox account can no longer access OneDrive files (other than via the web browser) so if the account stores data in OneDrive you won't be able to access that data from Windows.
