Developer program was successfully renewed but Microsoft 365 E5 Trial subscription is still disabled

My developer program has been disabled once since I wrongly configured my profile (didn't connect it with GitHub). I have contacted Microsoft and they renewed it for me, so by now I have 131 days left for using it. But in the M365 admin center the E5 subscription is remain disabled, and I cannot assign licenses to anyone, with a red alert that reminds me all my data will be deleted after 27/8, although by now all E5 products are still available.

 

I want to know how to solve this weird issue.
