create custom role

I need to create a new custom role. I want this role is the combination of multiple OOTB roles. For example this new custom role has the permission of the following,

• SharePoint Administrator
• Skype for Business Administrator

How can I accomplish this?

You cannot create custom roles currently. You can of course assign multiple individual roles to a given user, so the scenario you outlined above is still doable. But as far as creating/customizing roles, this is still in the works.
