Create channel in Sharepoint Online

To help you understand the current situation here are the key points:

• Channels are created in Microsoft Teams. You cannot create an individual channel from SharePoint Online.
• Files added to a channel are stored in a document library folder, in the team's SharePoint Online site.
• You can create a new Microsoft Teams team for an existing SharePoint Online site.
