Contact Support is not working

When I try to use Contact Support and then either Chat or Phone from within any Office 365 app it says there is a connection problem. If I try to do the same thing on support.microsoft.com it says "This login.live.com page can't be found" followed by the thousand-plus character sequence that failed, even though I am already logged in. Thoughts on how to get support from Microsoft or get past these messages. The message is identical in both Chrome and Edge.
