Can't login with app password

In my office365 account, I have "enforced" MFA for a user and then added a login method with "app password" but now when I am trying to log in using that app password in browser and it is an error. with this account, I have all admin centers access but then created another user without admin centers access and enforced MFA, created an app password but again I can't log in using that app password. can somebody guide me?

Have you checked if "Security defaults" is enabled in Entra ID/your tenant? You can find the settings in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) under Properties selecting Manage security defaults furtherst down.

How about security default, disabled yet?

App passwords are no longer available, now that Microsoft pulled the plug on basic auth. Moreover, app passwords were never intended for use with the browser clients.
