Calendar category color for appointment different on phone than web
A user opened a ticket with IT (me) because an appointment in a room mailbox calendar is a different color when viewing the calendar in OWA than when he views the calendar in the Outlook App on his p...
I just realized the user is using Outlook in a web browser not the Outlook App on his phone. But he is seeing different colors for one of the appointments than everyone else is seeing. The only thing I can think to try is to clear the browser cache. Any other ideas?
