C# Connect-MicrosoftTeams using Powershell Failed

I am using Connect-MicrosoftTeams cmdlet to connect MS teams, 2 type connection modes are introduced in the guide , but when i testing both token mode and password mode are failed. are there something wrong in my code? thanks

It is a bug of MicrosoftTeams powershell package for .net core.
