Auto apply sensitivity label is not working

Hi,

I am setting the rule to auto apply the sensitivity label to user for existing and new document and email for secure data with predefined sensitivity rules. But the the sensitivity label is not working as required. But it is allowing to apply to the document manually.

May I request for any guidance or help on this.
