all recent emails not showing

Hello i have outlook on my work pc and my laptop , but when i try to see emails on my laptop it only shows from 6/9/20 backwards , cant see the recent emails. they are however on my work pc . 

any advise would be greatly appreciated . i am not familiar with the pc jargon so please keep it
