Add member to Team, no email sent out


I am in Team admin center, I am Teams administrator. I added members (both internal and external)  to a Team. But no one get invite from email. anything I am missing?

There might be slight delay with sending the welcome message, or it might be disabled altogether on the group/team in question (WelcomeMessageEnabled property). Other than that, have them check Junk folder/quarantine.
Thanks Vasil! Set-UnifiedGroup <groupname> -UnifiedGroupWelcomeMessageEnabled:$true does the trick!
