12 month report on all o365 email received
It appears there is no way to obtain a 12 month report of all email received for our domain only up to 180 days, is this correct or does someone know another way to get a report of all email received for the past 12 months please?

O365 only keeps said data for 180 days, for anything more than that you should be exporting/storing it to some external repository. Or use a third-party reporting tool that does it for you.
