When I uploaded any file in onedrive it uploads and when make it ofline it downloads if there is a option ( make it ofline) shows when upgrading and there is no need to download it again it just changes it location ( internal storage to onedrive) and data and time are saved ;),I think this will help to improve onedrive @onedrive @windows
