Businesses regularly have to deal with unecessary support issues where users have created shortcuts in OneDrive and then have problems with syncing shared SharePoint document libraries. Even when the shortcuts function is turned off, existing shortcuts remain and have to be manually removed. This requires additional effort from support organisations and end users.
We need to be able to:
a) script identification of shortcuts in users OneDrives to determine which users have shortcuts (output list username & shortcuts)
b) script removal of shortcuts in users OneDrives to reduce work for support services & end users (targets all/specific users)
