Work /.Web toggle dissapears from Copilot on Edge/Windows
For a Copilot for Microsoft 365, a licensed user, sees the Work (graph-grounded chat) / Web toggle. At some point, the switch just disappears. It might appear the next day, or at random and then, disappear again. Completely at random times.
At the same time, the same problem happens on bing.com/chat, where the toggle also comes and goes.
AlexandrosAP I am having the same issue. I first saw it was an option on my copilot app on my iphone, then it disappeared. Then I saw it on the copilot app on my computer and then a few days later it disappeared. When I try asking copilot about it, the responses either states it can't help or it suggests reaching out to support.

AlexandrosAP Same issue. For me restarting or killing all Edge processes has fixed it so far.

Enabled Copilot in Edge
Visit https://copilot.microsoft.com/ and login with Microsoft Licensed Account We have a few employees with this same issue. It seems to occur on both Win10 and Win11 PCs so no commonality there. Things we have tried so far:
- Checked that they were licensed
- Reset all Edge Settings
- Deleted all Edge Cache
- Went to copilot.microsoft.com and signed in
- Signed out and back into Edge profile
- Updated to Windows 11 24H2
- Updated Edge to latest version
