Sales Copilot - Purchase Prerequisites
Happy day/week dear community,
We are an Indirect Provider in CSP, and we are receiving questions from our resellers around Sales Copilot.
More specifically, we would like to understand if a customer that is not an Enterprise one (i.e., <300 seats), that has a tenant with 10 seats SMB & 1 Enterprise E3, would be able to purchase Sales Copilot. We want to understand the point of the documentation which says that "A Microsoft 365 for Enterprise or Office 365 for Enterprise product license is required to use the Sales Copilot app in Outlook and Microsoft Teams".
Thank you in advance for your significant input.
Best regards,
Nick
My understanding is that Copilot is not GA for M365.
However, someone who manages the Copilot community will be able to respond to your post & best assist.

- SharmaNeerajIron ContributorIt is Free or paid based on what type of License you have for Dynamics 365 Sales . unlike M365 Copilot 300 Seats is not mandatory .

Thank you SharmaNeeraj,
Mainly we need to understand what it matters when it comes to purchasing Sales Copilot. Is the focus related to the type of licenses you have or Microsoft sees the tenant as a whole?
Kindly LicensingConcierge1 share an official reply on this, or delegate to whoever manages/replies in this group.
