Regarding 'Improved responses with web content'

If we administratively enable the ‘Improved responses with web content in Copilot for Microsoft 365’ setting and a user chooses to enable it, are those web calls protected by Commercial Data Protection as if we were using the public Copilot with Commercial Data Protection?  If so, is there a document that specifically calls that out?
