Questions on Restricted SharePoint Search
Hello,
I have questions on Restricted SharePoint Search that enables us to refer to only allowed onedrive and sharepoint sites.
1. If one's onedrive excluded from allowed site list, can a user refer documents in it's own onedrive?
2. If yes to question 1, can a user use copilot on working documents? (The documents located in onedrive excluded from allowed site list.)

Will users be unable to access their information with Copilot if Restricted SharePoint Search is enabled?
No, if you have Enterprise Search or Restricted SharePoint Search on, either way you will be able to interact with the information you own in OneDrive, chats you are part of, emails you send and receive, calendars you have access to, etc.
