Prompt Plugin is not working in teams

HI everyone,

I am working on Prompt plugin to extend Copilot for M365 in teams. My requirement is that copilot will answer the question regarding dataverse tables in teams. I have created a prompt plugin. it is working in Copilot studio. but when i published it in teams its not working. in developer mode its showing no plugin enabled. please guide me how i can do this.
