Microsoft Copilot License Requirements

Until yesterday I thought the basic requirements were Business Premium, M365 E3 or E5. Now it seems that only Apps for Enterprise, M365 E3 or E5 go?

    It's true and I posted a screenshot taken from the licensing documentation (in the small print) earlier on in this thread.

I'm not seeing a Copilot licence yet, is that screenshot from your tenant and where is your tenant based? USA?
