Hi,
I want to understand that if some people in the organization have a Copilot pro license and are building Copilot custom GPTs then everyone who would want to access those Custom Copilot GPTs within the organization would also need a pro license to use it or can they just use it with the free license as long as they have signed in using organization account?
Thanks,
Raja

From my understanding you only need a license to build a GPT, not to use one:
"If you have a Copilot Pro subscription, you can use Copilot GPT Builder to create, edit, and publish customized Copilot GPTs. When you share your Copilot GPTs with other people by giving them your custom Copilot GPT link, they don’t need to have a Copilot Pro subscription to use your Copilot GPT. Only you can edit your Copilot GPTs, so you can share the link to your Copilot GPT without worrying about others changing or deleting it. You can also choose to stop sharing your Copilot GPTs with others."

@MichaelaBostrand Thanks for the kind response. My next question is, what if the settings of the GPT is internal? Because I would like it to be only used by internal users who have organizational email addresses. I do not want anyone outside to be able to access the GPT and everyone internally be able to access it (So would everyone internal need license?). Secondly, would the prompt and completions plus any uploaded files/data in this case by users be shared externally with Microsoft or used for model training purposes so we know what kind of usage policy we should have to avoid sharing any sensitive information if it does not stay within our enterprise.
