How to create plugins for custom data that we can leverage in M365 Copilot

Hi community,

I have come across the M365 Copilot, trying to build plugins for custom data (API's).

How Microsoft 365 Copilot can work with your external data - YouTube

I'm taking help from the above video. But not getting from where to start, how to proceed and where I can get the templates.

Also, not able to understand that the copilot window in Teams App is enabled by default or do we get the window after we upload plugin to M365 admin center (in Integrated Apps).

Anyone with the expertise, requesting to please help.
