Copilot Plugin

Hi, 

We are trying to develop a plugin for copilot and are following these guides:

Build plugins for Copilot for Microsoft 365 with your own data (youtube.com)

Building a new plugin with Teams Toolkit for Visual Studio Code - preview (youtube.com)

When we deploy the plugin everything works in a chat and we can enable the plugin in Copilot.

However, no matter what question we ask it the plugin is never called - what are we doing wrong?
