Copilot CSP Licenses for EAS E5
Hi there,
I'm currently working with our LSP who told me that we would not be able to get Copilot Licenses through our CSP Agreement, as we got the underlying E5 through an EAS Agreement. From other companies in my network I have heard otherwise.
Can you please let me know whether it is possible to get and use Copilot Licenses through a CSP Agreement and use them as an Add-On to EAS E5 licenses? If possible can you point me to any official sources.

you should be eligable for a Copilot-license, as long as you have a Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Business Premium/E3/A3/E5/A5 or Office 365 E3/A3/E5/A5 license.
