can we write custom prompts to generate the desired output?

the demo shows, by loading some files, a proposal is automatically generated using the information from those files. 

is there a place in Word I can update the system prompts so that the output is in a custom format based on the files uploaded.

    Hi folks,

     

    My understanding is that it is possible to mentioned to use a Word or PowerPoint template. But, looking for my own version of Microsoft 365 Copilot to explore and test !
