Will there really be no more O365 Pro Plus support on Windows 10 LTSC?

In an older article from 2018 I read that support for O365 Pro Plus on Windows 10 LTSC will end in January 2020.

Is this announcement still true or is there something newer?

I'm asking because I read somewhere else again that on Windows 8.1 and Server 2016 O365 Pro Plus will be supported for some years longer.
