Upgrade readiness tools for Office 365 ProPlus in an large Enterpirse

We are looking to migrate 60,000 Machines from Office 2010 to Office 365 (Ctr), I have deployed  Office Telemetry, Windows Update Readiness and Used the ReadinessReportCreator.exe, to get all the locally used files.

 

The problem I am having is that the ReadinessReportCreator.exe from the Readiness Tool Kit is not saleable Excel can only look at 1Million Rows and I have to do a very tiresome manual lookup of machines ready to migrated. 

 

Has anyone used this tool in an large enterprise and got any hints how to get it to work
