Adding a Form to a Notebook

Hey all,

I have been browsing the web with no luck. From what I can see, it is possible to embed a Microsoft Forms page into OneNote, but I can't see how to do it.

I don't have the educational version with the button, but I did read that I can just paste the code in and it would work, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Does anyone know how to do this?

Just in case anyone else comes to read this - it only works in the latest desktop version of OneNote. It doesn't seem to do anything in the Online version or 2016
