Remove Read and manage mailbox Permission

Hi,

 

I have a few questions,

 

as a user how can I know that someone has the Permission to read and manage my mailbox? Is there a way to remove it?

as an Admin how can I cancel the permission for other admins without removing the admin role?

if I have to change the role which role should I use?

 

P.S: I don't want to cancel administrators' access I want to remove the ability to give read and manage permissions.

As an end user, you there is no way for you to know or remove this, it is an admin level functionality. As an admin, you can adjust the permissions via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, the EAC or PowerShell
