Partner Center App in App Launcer

When I'm in my employers O365 tenant, the App Launcher contains a Partners tile, click on this opens a page that tells me the Cloud Solution Provider program is moving to a new home, and that "The Cloud Solution Provider functions in PAC will continue to operate until October 12, 2015"

Why is something almost 1 year old still showing up?

Does anyone else see this same behavior?

This does not seem correct, I think that it should be taking us directly to the new Partner Admin Center.
