License assignment

hi there i have several examples where i have assigned Office 365 Pro licenses to a group; but then i want to assign a Project or Visio to an individual inside that group but i am not allowed to as it i am told licences are assigned by group! 

Is there a solution to this?

    Hi,IanaMac 

     

    When you assign license for a group for Pro Plus.  Then you will be need to buy a Visio license separately to assign it to a user using key.  

     

    You cannot assign it as a license through portal.

     

    Please let me know your views on this.
