Manual Certification is detecting swap partition on OS disk?!

Copper Contributor

Hi

Manual Certification stage in VM publishing is showing error of swap partition in VMs created from SLES 12-SP5 and SLES 12-SP5-Basic images.

The marketplace image ids of the above VMs are

SUSE:sles-12-sp5:gen2:2022.10.15 and
SUSE:sles-12-sp5-basic:gen2:2022.10.15

However there are no swap partition on the OS disk as verified by 'free -h' and other commands.

How to resolve this issue?

Disk information is attached as image and command outputs

Are you certain there is no swap partition on the VM? Please use the commands here to check and share the results: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/linux/cloudinit-configure-swapfile#verify-s...

@v-tiffchen

yes, the command is returning no output

This VM is created from the same VM Image that was being published to Azure Marketplace

Best regards

In that case, I would recommend you open a support ticket in partner center. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/report-problems-with-partner-center
