Why aren't Solution Designations visible on listing detail, but competencies are?

Solution designations are not visible on the listings for visitors to see, like competencies are. Once we earned our first solution designation, I was no longer allowed to feature our competencies. So it looks like we are a less qualified partner, when in reality we are more qualified. Why are the SDs not listed in the details tab? Why can't we mention them in the description at least? Every time I try to mention we're a part, my listing is rejected.

Seems like they should have removed competencies a long time ago - it continues to perpetuate the confusion of thinking partners with precious metals are better.
