Q re Marketplace transactions in Europe

If a customer in Spain transacts through Azure Marketplace, which Microsoft address appears on their invoice?  Is it Microsoft Corporation (US address) or is it Microsoft Iberica / Microsoft Ireland?

Customer has the latter two in their supplier system but not Microsoft Corporation.
