Hi Marketplace,

I have a question for other ISV partners here. What’s the one most successful action you’ve taken to start strong in the Marketplace?

We’re new to Marketplace, and our app, Tikit, is an AI-powered Help Desk ticketing solution that natively integrates into Teams. Would love to network and share war stories, what’s worked and not worked, tips on starting a partner program, and essentially help each other as we continue the M365 journey to help serve our customers better.
