We’re so glad you are here and we’re excited to help you maximize the marketplace opportunity. Cloud marketplaces are gaining momentum as customers look to centralize their cloud portfolio and maximize the value of their cloud budget. Microsoft is making investments in the marketplace to benefit SaaS providers and ISV partners, regardless of their size, scope, or history. Over the past year, the marketplace has matured to a thriving commerce platform and has seen:
- 288% growth in SaaS billed sales
- 319% increase in customers with consumption commitments buying via marketplace
- 200% increase in private offers sold by Cloud Solution Providers
The goals of this community are to help you accelerate success on marketplace through community resources, and to enable powerful feedback opportunities between community members and Microsoft. I am a Product Marketing Manager here at Microsoft and am the marketplace community lead. I have a background in B2B community management and was drawn to this opportunity to help ISVs, like yourself, unlock value from Microsoft while learning from each other. I love learning what others are passionate about (for me, it’s running, reading, and curating the perfect playlist). I look forward to connecting with many of you soon!
