Is there a Microsoft Virtual Academy on the job training program?

Copper Contributor

I would like to earn money as I am learning some self paced skills. I earned my AWS Associate Architect certification but found I am much more interested in Microsoft. My prior years were in HR with the Army but every job is asking me more about HR vs Tech. I would like some program that will pay as I earn requisite certifications for technology. Some guidance with self paced courses would greatly help, Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Eric_Hill1770,

Microsoft provides a fantastic learning platform known as Microsoft Learn.

This platform offers a wide range of free, self-paced training resources and modules designed to help individuals develop their skills in Microsoft technologies and work towards earning certifications. It's a fantastic resource for anyone looking to upskill or start a career in the technology industry.

Microsoft Learn has wide range of learning paths and modules for various Microsoft products, including Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, and more. These resources are designed to be accessible at your own pace and often include interactive exercises and quizzes to reinforce your knowledge.

If you're aiming to earn certifications, Microsoft offers a comprehensive certification program. These certifications are highly regarded in the industry and can significantly boost your job prospects in the technology field.  [Microsoft Certification](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/)

As for programs that provide compensation while you earn certifications, you might want to explore opportunities with Microsoft's partner companies. Some of these partners offer apprenticeship or training programs that include financial incentives or compensation for individuals pursuing relevant certifications. It's worth checking with these organizations to see if they have any such offerings.

To get the most up-to-date information and explore the latest learning opportunities, I recommend visiting the official Microsoft Learn website. You can also reach out to Microsoft's partner companies and inquire about any on-the-job training or apprenticeship options they may offer.

[Microsoft Partner Network](https://partner.microsoft.com/:( This is the portal for Microsoft's partner ecosystem, where you can find information about partner companies and their programs.

Thank you. I was referring to a formal system. For instance, how Microsoft has a program for veterans. I would like to put my new certifications to use in a real, meaningful and earning money way. I would like to have a certification be the launch of a career with or through Microsoft in a program featured all year long.@Arifur Rahman
