This change effects non-autopilot deployments as well, correct? Users will need to wait for their device account to sync before they can authenticate to any other services?

You are correct @Neil Johnson However, I generally avoid using third-party products as much as I can, because it leads to add more service and supporting and manageability is a challenge.

@Intune Support Team, was there any announcement for this change beforehand? We run into the mentioned behavior approx. 1 week ago and didn't find any explanation for it and spend a lot of time for troubleshooting Maybe we overlooked something.

Hi @Reza_Ameri, we love it when our partners and 3rd party vendors develop things that help our customers too. The issue is that we need to be fair by not recommending one product over another and also that we're not able to support those products because we didn't create them.
