We are having the same exact issue. I put in a case in for this with MS
on Monday. All they told me so far is that "this seems to be an ongoing
issue and are currently in the process of validating". They will give me
an update as soon as they can.
@rcarey1850 we still have the same issue here as well. I removed all
Microsoft apps from the default App Protection Policy and now it works,
but that can't be a long term solution. Intune Support has gone zero
dark thirty on us.
After seeing that last comment we tested in our environment. It has not
been fixed for us with iOS 18.0.1. We have userless devices (not Shared
iPad method), with App Protection Policy assigned to all users. It's
really frustrating that Microsoft hasn't provided an update on this,
there is no mentio...
