Cannot contact support in MS Access / where to file bug report
Hi, I want to file a bug report. I click on the main menu "help" / "contact support". A window appears saying "This didn't work. Please check your network settings". The network settings are ok. Microsoft loves branding exercises. At least, that can be the only reason why the Microsoft 365 Copilot rename is happening. I can think of no other reason why Microsoft would seek to confuse its customers by applying the Microsoft 365 moniker to an app that can’t access Microsoft 365 data, unless of course people pay to use Copilot agents. Microsoft 365 login
Hi folks, I can't login into my Microsoft Account from any Office 365 application on my Laptop. I can login to my my Account in any Webbrowser, on my Smartphone and so an. Unfortunatly there is no working Microsoft Support System for this problem. Instead there is an infinite support loop, which gets me in between a repair tool, that cant find any problems with my account and wants me to change my password. Anyone any idea how to fix this? thx
'$skiptoken' limit error for Microsoft Exchange online Reporting web service API
I was working on integratingMessageTrace report APIas a part of my SIEM integration: https://reports.office365.com/ecp/reportingwebservice/reporting.svc/MessageTrace[?ODATA options] I have noticed that, whenever my $skiptoken reaches the limit 999999 , it throws the following error with 500 status code: { "odata.error": { "code": "UnknownError", "message": { "lang": "", "value": "An error has occurred on the server." } } } It was working fine for the 999998 value, but wasn't for the $skiptoken value 999999. Is there any limitations on $skiptoken value from the API itself? Also, need information, if $skiptoken value 999999 exists, for example, "odata.nextLink": "../../reportingwebservice/reporting.svc/MessageTrace?$filter=StartDate%20eq%20DateTime'2024-12-02T00%3A00%3A00Z'%20and%20EndDate%20eq%20DateTime'2024-12-02T23%3A59%3A59Z'&$skiptoken=999999" then how can we request the data from next set of events? The scheduled retirement of Delve on December 16, 2024, meant that Microsoft had to create a new way for users to update their profile settings. The new method has now appeared in Microsoft Search, and it will spread to other workloads (like OWA) where users can access and update their profile. One of my Office 365 user, suddenly missing
One of company user suddenly missing from active users, and I can't find it on Deleted user, last night my team on New Zealand doing synchronization, I can see all user with onMicrosoft.com are on deleted users including my account, but I can still see my account on active users tab, but one of my user is suddenly gone, only his onMicrosoft.com are in deleted users tab, I cannot see his original account on deleted users.
