Power Automate: 'When an appointment is cancelled' NOT FOUND
Hi all, I want to build a power automate flow to update a field in the SharePoint list when an appointment in Microsoft Bookings is cancelled. I couldn't find the trigger'When an appointment is cancelled' in power automate flow, does anyone know how can I use this trigger in the flow?
Flow runs successfully but does not create item in SharePoint List
Hi all! I have a flow running that is triggered by the completion of a MS Forms questionnaire, creates an item for each filled out form in a SharePoint List, and subsequently emails me to notify me of new entries. This has been running smoothly for several months now. As of today, it seems, it no longer manages to create an item in the SP List. However, the flow runs are successful, I receive my notification emails and everything else the flow is supposed to do works fine. I cannot find a fault in the flow or its run history. By all accounts in Power Automate everything is working as usual, but my SharePoint List is missing the newest entries. Any ideas where the error might be?
Repeat Approval for Reject of Multiple, Simultaneous Approvers (Power Automate)
I have been creating a power automate flow where microsoft form is the trigger. I want the approval to automatically restart for those who reject only and continue next step for those who approved. I also want to create an uneditable monitoring of this in Sharepoint. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
Sharepoint List keeps adding one hour to date/time field?
When I submit a new form submission with a concated date/time field, the Sharepoint list time keeps adding one hour to the time. Hi All, I used PowerApps to copy one site into a new duplicated subsite but all of the URLs I have in quick links still point back to the original site. Is there a way using PowerApps / Power Automate / Other to bulk update URL x with URL y? or even better find string "abc" across all the quick links in my site and replace it with string "xyz". Really trying to avoid updating ~1000 quick link URLs webpart by webpart. Thanks in advance!

However, I need it to send it to a specific sales coordinator that they have an open item that needs to be actioned upon. Seeing there are several coordinators, how do I set up a condition so that it only emails a specific person? Kind Regardsmove a specific row of data to a specific sheet based upon a condition
Greetings Microsoft community I have a separate question for everyone, and hope that someone would be able to assist me. For my inventory sheets, which are spread amongst different sales representatives in different states, once a sale is completed, and the item is marked as customer committed (the tricky part is that the inventory is on several different worksheets in the same book), I want the entire row to be removed from the Inventory record and placed onto the sheet inventory sold workbook.
Archive data from SharePoint online with Metadata to Azure Blob Storage
We are running out of storage on our SharePoint online site and we want to archive our files and folders from SPO to azure blob storage using power automate with moving also the metadata of the files to azure blob storage as well . the aim here is to move the data completely and not just to copy it . any help to build that flow on power automate ? the flow needs to move the files and folders with metadata that are aged more than 6 months. appreciate your help !!!!
