1MB attachment limit for Microsoft 365 Copilot
Good morning, Copilot community! Referencing the Microsoft Answers post "Why is Copilot Pro not allowing files larger than 1 mb to be uploaded", is there an update about if or when the 1MB file attachment limitation will be lifted for organizational Microsoft365 licensed users of Copilot? I created an agent in M365, including its name, description, instructions, and required actions. The agent is properly tested in Copilot Studio and published, but it is not visible in the M365 Copilot agent list. Interestingly, one agent is visible while the other is not, and I am unable to determine the issue.
CoPilot "An external link was removed to protect your privacy"
Scenario: I am signed in to corporate CoPilot for M365. I'm asking CoPilot app on desktop in "WORK" mode to generate an excel file with some fictitious data & make it available in an Excel file. CoPilot generates the table, then removes the link to the file 😑 I can use it in "WEB" mode to do the same, and it generates a BING URL that then results in a 404. <sigh> I can SIGN OUT and use generic CoPilot. That will generate a file, then prompt me for corporate credentials, and then it gives me the file. The question: How do I get file generation working while logged in to my corporate account? Do we have a security permission causing issues?
CoPilot SOC 2 Type 2 Report
Is a release date planned for the CoPilot SOC 2 Type 2 report? I understand that a report is in the works but does not appear to be loaded in the Trust Services Portal yet. Similarly, I understand that CoPilot has achieved several ISO certifications. Searching the Trust Services Portal for ISO, I have been unable to locate the CoPilot ISO Certs. Have the certs been posted or are they still pending? If pending, is there defined timing for their release?How to prevent Copilot from accessing certain documents
Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) will soon extend to support Microsoft 365 Copilot. DLP policies will be able to identify sensitive documents based on sensitivity labels and exclude processing for Copilot interactions in Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Chat. The preview does not support alerts, incident reports, and policy simulation. Audit records will be available at a later time after policy management is enabled for organizations.
