Message Recall in Exchange Onprem

Hi,

Just wanted to check whether Exchange 2019 is enabled with Message recall service or not? If yes, then how do we check whether it is enabled especially in OWA.

The OWA environment does not have a built-in internal message cancellation feature, as does Exchange Server 2019 and earlier versions.

How do check whether it is enabled in Exchange 2019? Also, for mailboxes hosted in Office365 i see in OWA we see the message recall option

Office 365 has an OWA recall feature.
However, the feature does not exist and is not verified on-premises.
